Til-Gud Laadu

Celebrate the warmth of Harvest festival with sweetness of Til-Gud laadu/ Til Ladoo.



  • Sesame seeds (til) lightly roasted1 1/2 cups
  • Jaggery (gur) chopped1 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon


  1. Grind sesame seeds and jaggery to a coarse mixture using a mixer.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto a plate, add green cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape into lemon-sized ladoos.
  4. Share the sweetness and warmth of these ladoos with friends and family.
